Originally founded in Sydney, Australia—where our headquarters remain—we're thrilled to announce our expansion into the U.S. market. We're now dispatching from multiple warehouses across the states.
PROCESSING TIMES:
We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours for your convenience.
POSTAGE COST:
The postage cost of your order will be based on the total weight of your items. We've made it simple for you to calculate your shipping cost prior to finalising your order with these straightforward steps:

On the cart page, scroll down until you find a section labelled 'Estimate Shipping'. Enter your country, state/province, and postcode, then click 'Estimate'. Your estimated shipping cost will now be displayed.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:
At this time, we are focusing exclusively on serving our U.S. customers and do not offer international shipping through this website.
DELIVERY TIME - EXPECT LONG DELAYS DURING CHRISTMAS PERIOD:
Most states can expect their orders within 5 business days, as we use a range of couriers tailored to your location. Please anticipate extended delivery times as we approach the Christmas season. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
